The Best Day Brewing x Pit Boss Tailgate Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Best Day Brewing, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a primary address at 1750 Bridgeway, Suite 105B, Sausalito, CA 94965 (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, agents, and officers of alcoholic beverage retailers and distributors, their immediate family members, and all other individuals or entities associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 27, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3. How to Enter; Entry Limitations: During the Entry Period, visit https://bestdaybrewing.com/tailgate-sweeps-2026, including by scanning the QR code appearing on participating Sweepstakes materials, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the official entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, identities, devices, or other methods used. Automated, script, macro, bot, robotic, programmed, or similar methods of entry are prohibited. Incomplete, late, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or other methods to circumvent the stated entry limit. All entrants and entries are subject to verification and approval by Sponsor.
4. Effect of Entry: By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s interpretations and decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Pit Boss 850 Navigator Grill. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $799.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $2,397.00.
Sponsor will arrange delivery of each prize to a valid street address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia provided by the applicable winner. Prizes are awarded “as is,” without warranty or guarantee by Sponsor, whether express or implied. Any manufacturer’s warranty that applies to a prize will be subject to its terms. Actual retail value may vary, and a winner will not receive the difference between the stated ARV and actual retail value. Prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be assigned, and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly included above. A winner may be required to provide tax-identification information and will receive any tax forms required by law.
6. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about November 1, 2026, three (3) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor or its authorized representative.
Each potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the potential winner’s entry, generally within 24 hours after the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive a notification due to spam, junk-email, privacy, or other security settings, or due to the provision of incorrect or nonfunctioning contact information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days after the notification is sent, or fails to timely complete and return any required declaration, release, tax form, or other documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
Each selected entrant is a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Receipt of a prize is conditioned on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of or failure to comply with these Official Rules by a potential winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its authorized agents to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, photograph, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, payment, or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated, Sponsor may select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action requiring cancellation or termination, if appropriate.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any related website, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including the malfunction or unavailability of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, telephone, transmission, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.
To the extent a third party provides a separate limitation of liability, release, waiver, warranty, or similar document in connection with a prize, the winner acknowledges that the document is solely between the winner and that third party. Sponsor is not a party to such document and is not responsible for any aspect of the winner’s use of the prize that is governed by the third party’s terms.
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW PRINCIPLES. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize that cannot be resolved between the parties will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the Northern District of California. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Winner List: To request the names of the winners, email Marketing@BestDayBrewing.com with the subject line “Pit Boss Tailgate Sweepstakes Winner List Request.” Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.
13. Privacy: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://bestdaybrewing.com › pages/best-day-x-pit-boss-tailgate-sweeps-terms.
14. Platform Disclaimer: The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted. Each entrant releases those platforms from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes.
