Shipping
We offer free shipping for one-time orders over $50 and subscription orders over $25. For one-time orders under $50 and subscription orders under $25, we charge a $5 shipping fee. We offer shipping to every state except Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Kansas, Idaho, and Nebraska due to state regulations. To ensure the quality and freshness of the beer we may hold shipments due to extreme heat or cold, in which case we will notify you by email.
Replacements & Refunds
Our Beverages:
We want to make your experience with Best Day Brewing a great one. If you're not happy with our beer, or if it is somehow damaged in transit, please email help@bestdaybrewing.com and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement product or a refund if necessary.
Our Merch:
We accept returns of our Merchandise (all non-Beverage products) if returned within thirty (30) days of delivery of the product. To request a return, please email help@bestdaybrewing.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Your first return on every order is free. Additional returns within the same order incur a $10 shipping fee.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. We reserve the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
